Your new custom WordPress website includes all of the following functionality and designs:

The timeline varies based on project complexity, but we typically deliver a fully functional custom website within 6-8 weeks.
Can I update the website content myself after it’s built?
Absolutely! Our websites are built on WordPress, featuring an intuitive visual editor that allows you to easily update and manage your content without technical expertise.
Do you provide support after the website is launched?
Yes, we offer ongoing support and maintenance packages to keep your website updated, secure, and performing optimally.
Can you integrate with Dubsado, Honeybook, Flodesk, Rock Paper Coin, etc?
Yes! If you have a form you’d like to embed from either a CRM or email marketing provider, we can absolutely add that into your site. The only note we have is that sometimes these platforms don’t offer the ability to use custom fonts, and therefore, we may have to pick a font from their library that is as close as possible to the look and feel of your website.
What’s the payment schedule?
As projects are usually completed within 2 months, we ask for a 50% deposit, and the remainder is due when your website is ready to go live. For more complex projects (for example: if you have multiple venues needing websites, are a franchise, or have other fun development needs outside the norm), the project may go longer and therefore we would work with you to create a custom payment schedule.
How much does it cost?
Our custom websites begin at $6,000, encompassing design, development, and support. This does not include logo creation. We can either utilize your existing branding, or if you would like sparkly new branding to go along with your sparkling new website, we offer this service as well. Pricing varies based upon your design needs.

What happens after I purchase WordPress website maintenance services?
We will send you an email to gather all the required login information to migrate your site. Once we have that information, we’ll schedule your site to migrate to our host based on your timeline. During the migration, your site will remain up and visible by customers, but you won’t be able to add any new content. Migrations are free and are typically completed in under an hour.
Can you host my ShowIt/SquareSpace/Wix/Other site?
Unfortunately, non-WordPress platforms don’t offer this flexibility. However, we can easily migrate you from ShowIt, SquareSpace, Wix, or your current website provider to WordPress, which powers over 850 million websites (that’s almost half of the entire internet!) and offers unparalleled technical and SEO flexibility. Contact us to get started with your new WordPress website!
What about my email?
We highly recommend utilizing the excellent Google Workspace solutions for your email and would be happy to set this up with you! Our hosting services do include monitored SMTP email delivery from your website. Should you have the need to host email with your domain, we have this ability, but it’s a small extra monthly fee.
How do I access my site?
Your WordPress login will remain the same. You’ll have full access to maintain your site, including the ability to download any files you need. You’re never “stuck” with us. We’ve seen “black box” hosts before and we know the panic that sets in when you can’t access your data. We will provide WordPress administration, sFTP, Cloudflare, and database access to you or your team. If you want to move off our platform or need to access your website, rest assured that you’ll have the tools you need, anytime.
Are migrations really free?
Yes! If you’re moving an existing WordPress site and a host where you have access to your hosting and domain logins, migrations are completely free!
How long does it take to move my site?
We can typically begin the move within hours of receiving the onboarding information. We will connect with you to schedule the move. The length of time for the actual migration is usually 1-2 hours, but can be as much as overnight. We will communicate with you the whole time!
